Reviewer Comments: Summer is the off season in Sanibel so it’s not crowed at all during the summer. Getting into any of the many restaurants is easy and you basically have the beach/pool to yourself. Reviewer Comments: The property was fantastic - even better than the pictures in every aspect. Being in a smaller complex is perfect for the beach and overall privacy. The management company was great to work with before, during, and after the visit. Unfortunately, hurricane Ian cut our visit short when Sanibel had to evacuate on Tuesday. SVP was very helpful and kept in good communication throughout the unfolding events, and we were able to get off the island before things got rough.
