When my grandmother passed away (2000)we had to sell her place and my parents have not been able to visit since. My dad is starting to have memory issues and my mom, whose mom owned the place on Sanibel, has muscular and joint problems. I was determined to get them to Sanibel soon and upon securing plane tickets I secured this place at Sanibel Moorings. This condo was PERFECT! It had everything we were looking for....updated furnishings and appliances, ground floor, pool literally 10 steps away, as well as the beach right in front of us. Even though we arrived after office hours the check-in process was easy and the entire stay the office personnel checked on us daily. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided for FREE everyday and bicycles were available all day. Everything about this property was PRISTINE, GREAT PRICE, GREAT LOCATION, and GREAT SERVICE. In short my mom has asked repeatedly since returning if we can rent again as she would like to take her sister and do the "things" they used to do when visiting the island. I cannot thank you enough for giving us the opportunity to stay in the beautiful condo. ##### Pixie C.
