Right by the ocean, with lots of cool facilities and accessible to everything. But the condo pictures are old and out of date. The condo's furniture was uncomfortable and the place had a smell. Housekeeping came to spray a deodorant which only made the smell worse. The condo is also in a noisy place. The development next door has a gravel driveway, so you hear gravel sounds all day long. The walls are thin, so you also hear other condo residents regularly. I would consider staying at Sanbel Moorings but not this condo. ##### David W.
