The best part of this condo is the proximity to the beach, literally just down the steps and you are steps away! No need to pack a cooler when you go to the beach, just pop back to the condo. The views from the 2 porches are perfection. Sanibel has a fantastic sidewalk path throughout for walks, jogs and bike rides. We had no trouble getting into the restaurants we found on Yelp and enjoyed shopping at Bailey’s General store for groceries. Check in and out were so easy and we arrived very late. The grounds are so well taken care of and beautiful. The condo was clean, the kitchen was functional, the beds were comfortable- all in all- great stay! ##### Katharine W. Reliable internet, lots of televisions (although we never turned them on) clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Plus the added bonus of a tennis court that no one else seemed to use, beach umbrellas, chairs and lounges, and a very nice pool made our stay delightful. ##### Tom T. We loved this unit, which was perfect for our family of 5! It is well stocked, beautifully maintained, and has a good view of the gulf from its two screened in porches. We love sanibel island and have stayed in several different locations on the island over the years. Sanibel moorings is a beautiful property, with a very helpful staff. We played tennis and pickleball on their dedicated courts. And used the beach every day. It’s location is perfect to easily access the many restaurants along periwinkle way.
