Tout était bien jusqu’à ce que la propriétaire décide de son propre chef de retirer 350$US de notret
Tout allait bien jusqu’à ce que la propriétaire retienne 350$ pour une tache sur le tapis soi-disant faite par nous à notre insu. Cela me semble abusif et pas moyen de négocier. Cela augmente le tarif considérablement et à la limite du frauduleux. Diane Bureau, Montréal

This condo had everything we needed and wanted! Kelly thought of everything that any guest would need and the condo was incredibly clean and comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed the beach and the grounds. Two thumbs up!

Great family vacation!
I always try to rate/review properties as we travel throughout the country but this one I felt was extra important due to the semi negative review I read previous to booking this condo. Sincerely, I can say the condo was is great condition furniture and all. It was clean. The sectional was super comfy for our entire family to chill on. There were plenty of towels, seating, extra bedding and drawer space. The screened in porch was fantastic and it was a pretty quick walk to the beach from the condo. The only thing I would have liked is for the extra handle in the guest bedroom to have a more secure lock, but the deadbolt worked which was more important. The location felt secure and safe for families. The pool was also a great size. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We travel frequently and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again!

First time to Sanibel
This was our first time vacationing on Sanibel. We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. It was very clean with a modern kitchen, comfortable beds and washer and dryer inside the condo which was nice for our family. Condo is a short walk to the beach and also located close to restaurants and shops. Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The unit was decent although the furniture looked good but did not function well-dressers flimsy, sofa too deep for comfort, dining room chairs too low for the table. This unit is a long way from the beach compared to others and has only a view of the interior courtyard. Disappointing
