The location is very convenient to restaurants and stores and has a lovely lake view from the back porches. The condo is getting a little run down: the toilet in the Master BR won't flush without additional water, the tub drain won't close; the stove has burner and broiler problems and the second bedroom's window and screen are ready to fall out. Also a drag you are not allowed to use on grill on the property. They are raising the rent 8% so it is time for us to look elsewhere for value. ##### Janer B.
