With an enormous heated pool and integrated spa, three primary king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and multiple interior and exterior gathering spaces, this home is perfect for larger groups that are looking for a high end pet friendly vacation rental! Just a matter of minutes to the beach by bike, this home is also very close to great restaurants and shopping! Hurry up as this one won't last, there are extremely few five-bedroom rental homes on Sanibel Island. The Space: This spacious home has more than 3,000 square feet of living space to enjoy, and features multiple indoor and outdoor spaces that function extremely well as private conversation areas, as well as gathering areas for those guests that want to be more social or that are traveling with larger groups. These spaces are configured as follows: Indoors: Entry: Enter on second floor; opens to access Front Living Room, Rear Family Room, guest half-bath, and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Front Living Room: Larger living area with vaulted ceilings, multiple sofas and armchairs and an oversized Samsung Smart TV. Overlooks Serenity Lane. Leads to dining room. Dining Room: Table seats 8\. Dining Room also accesses upstairs lanai through rear doors. Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with casual barstool eating area. Lots of cookware, dishes, and glassware.
