This direct beachfront penthouse features an exclusive rooftop deck for sunning, celebrating or taking in the 360-degree views of Sanibel Island and the Gulf of Mexico. If you are looking to immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and ambience of life on the Island, then dive into Compass Point 133\. Whether sitting on the lanai watching the coconut palms gently sway in the warm breeze, or perfecting your tan from your private rooftop deck, Compass Point 133 delivers. This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with a den is a great luxury retreat. The floor plan offers 1,554 square feet of just renovated total living area. With two bedrooms, 2 baths and a bonus den, there is plenty of space to live, work, entertain or just spread out. The view of Sanibel’s world class beaches from Compass Point 133 is unparalleled. Enjoy the view from the 250 square foot lanai which extends the entire width of the condo. This design opens up views of the gulf from the living area, kitchen, lanai and master bedroom! The modern kitchen has a full stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat range stove, built in microwave, large sink, and more. The kitchen is of course fully stocked with modern countertop and hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware designed to accommodate nearly every need, even at maximum occupancy. The unit was comfortable and quickly became home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax after a day on the beach.
