Construction Disclaimer: Ongoing renovations continue in response to the impact of Hurricane Ian. There may be construction noise during normal business hours to repair the damage and contractors are often present. Please note the following when planning a visit: Things to Know: The footbridge that goes across Clam Bayou is not open yet, we will be keeping guests updated on when that project will be completed. For now, guests can use the Bowman's Beach public access which is across the street. During your stay, you may encounter disruptions such as noise from work/delivery truck traffic on the property; ongoing renovation work in units; noise/dust from landscaping projects; and noise/dust from construction work on tennis and pickleball courts. Amenities such as the courts may not be fully available and are subject to temporary closure with little or no notice. While they will attempt to minimize the intrusions during your stay, all the work you will see and hear is necessary to fully restore the resort. Working hours will typically be between 8am – 4pm during the weekdays. Please NOTE: There will be no refunds for early departures due to concerns related to ongoing construction/renovation work on the property. The clubhouse will be open Monday through Saturday, 9am-4pm for any questions in regards to the construction. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
