The camp is located on the water with beautiful views from the living room and both bedrooms. It is only 8 miles from Dover-Foxcroft, 14 miles from Dexter, and 7 miles from Guilford. There is a hammock, outdoor fire pit, gas grill, 2 picnic tables, a 30' aluminum dock with stairs, and 2 kayaks available at no charge. The camp has a small bedroom on the first floor with a twin/ full bunkbed, and a large loft area on the second floor with a king size bed & sitting area. There is one full bathroom on the first floor, and 1/2 bathroom on the second floor. The camp also has a fully-equipped kitchen including a gas range/stove, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and all of the smaller applicances you may need to enjoy your stay. There are plenty of dishes, flatware and utensils. A stacked washer/ dryer is on the first floor. There are two flat screen LED TVs (53" & 46") with DIRECT TV. And free WiFi! All linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided. For chilly nights in Maine there are two wall-mounted gas heaters. There is a public boat launch on Center Pond for those who wish to bring their own boat. We loved the loft bedroom with the sitting area that looks over the lake - so peaceful to relax. Fishing off the dock was really good and kept everyone entertained. The dock gets great morning sun and in the afternoon the backyard has plenty. The water is shallow around the dock and fun for playing and exploring. We took the kayaks out a few times. The loons were frequent visitors and we could not get enough of them. The eagle visited, too! Groceries were about 15 minutes away and the kitchen is well equipped if you prefer to have meals at home.
