It was made famous after being built on HGTV’s Tiny House Hunters TV show in Season 4, Episode 12\. Over 500 sq ft, entire house on the water, full bath, kitchen, living room, bedroom, chill space (extra couch for tiny person) and porch. Super unique and cool space you're sure to love! Keep in mind, this is a luxury floating house—yes, it’s on water, so it may sway gently with the breeze. Oh, and it’s a tiny home—so pack light and embrace the cozy vibes. Book accordingly! 😉 The entire home is all yours to enjoy—make yourself comfortable! I’m a proud Downtown Sanford local, so if you need anything, I’m just around the corner and happy to assist! The Historic Downtown Sanford District in Central Florida is a global travel destination featuring award-winning restaurants, craft breweries, gastropubs, shopping, world-class events, street festivals, concerts, theaters, art galleries, and a spectacular marina featuring fishing, boating and dinner cruises. All the amazingness is two blocks away and we're in the golf cart zone.
