« I originally picked this location for its proximity to the new Combat Sports Academy (sharing a parking lot with the Publix). The location is great, with a beautiful, friendly community and a crisp, non-busy pool. The walk to Millenia Mall is gorgeous and very manageable in terms of distance, and it's a short ride to many other Orlando attractions. « The condo was very clean and the private parking was an added bonus. The unit is old(er) but renovated with new floors and paint. The best part of this stay was the unit's location is 2nd to none. There are numerous restaurant & pubs within walking distance and the lake across the street is beautiful. Overall, this was a wonderful stay in a nice and clean condo in a great section of Orlando. »

« Condo was clean and comfy. This complex is full of all different style of condos and this one happens to look the most dated. The condo we stayed in was clean inside and well stocked. The only issue was parking. The spots fill up quickly and we had to park a couple buildings away. At least one assigned parking spot per condo would’ve been convenient. Otherwise good stay. »

« We appreciate that the property owner made the effort to make this place ready for a nice stay, so let's start with the positives. We liked the fact that it's a gated community, and there was an access card on the keyring for the pool, gym etc, but we didn't use those facilities as we were out on the road all the time or had friends over for dinner. « We were looking for a peaceful and quiet location to get away for the weekend. Host keeps this houseboat very clean! It was exactly what we looking for. Peaceful river and we also enjoyed a little fishing right off the boat. »

« Angelia was so helpful and so prompt with her responses to our questions. Beautiful outlook of the lake and garden with bbq area which was a fantastic bonus! The beds were comfortable as well as the lounge area and the kitchen was a lovely huge size. »
