"Bad odor in room, light in bathroom didn’t work."

"This property was somewhat clean. There wqs no help at front desk. If you need towels rags or any toiletries you will be turned away by office staff. You will be told they can’t leave or get you anything. You will be told to leave things outside and you will get your things the next day. I will not stay here ever again! I will not recommend anyone to stay here, ever! Do not stay here! Find some where else to go!"

"I forget her name, but the woman at the front desk was amazing-she had a great attitude, was super helpful and just very kind in general. The particular room we were in was great. It served our needs just fine and seemed a good size. We would definitely consider staying here again should we ever need to return to the area."

"I could barely wait to write my review. As usual Hampton Inn came through with excellent service. I needed a staycation and it was the perfect place. The entire staff was very helpful and courteous and made my stay very sweet. The breakfast was great to have as I only left once to go to work. The room was clean and everything was fully stacked for our use. There was not a shortage of anything at all. A few names that I can’t fail to mention are Youmika, Terry and the sweet little lady with the grey hair that works in the breakfast lodge. All of them went above and beyond to make sure that all was going perfectly well with my stay. Thank you so much for employing amazing people who truly care. After all their work ethic is a representation of themselves and the company. Thank you! Thank you!"

"This is not like other Margaritta Hotels. Our room was nice and clean, but the restrooms down in the main lobby were dirty. Valet parking was not available. The front desk was not friendly at check in. The food at the sports bar had a great club sandwich, but my chief salad was terrible. Tomatoes and avocados were spoiled should not have been served that way. Waitress did her best she was overwhelmed. Not enough staff on hand. We did not use the casino. They didn't have any keno slots or blackjack slots that we enjoy. We will not return to this hotel."

"The room was dirty, smelly, small, the water lukewarm, the aircon made a noise all night I thought it would quit, the sink faucet seemed it would fall off, the few towels were small and thin, the breakfast was sparse. The door to the bathroom did not close leaving a 2” gap because the bottom was warped and coming apart. There was also a dent where it seems someone punched it. They painted the door instead of replacing it."
