Keyless entry makes coming and going on your daily outings easy. We will send you a unique 4 digit PIN code that will activate at your check-in time. The main floor features a cozy living area with plush seating, perfect for relaxing and connecting with loved ones. Just off the living room, the open-concept kitchen and dining area provide ample space for gatherings, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for culinary adventures. Main Floor: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed. A full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms for easy access. Upstairs: Primary Suite: Spacious room with private deck access, a large flat-screen TV, and an adjoining bunk room with two bunk beds—perfect for kids. The en-suite bathroom features a luxurious jetted jacuzzi tub. Outdoor Amenities: The highlights continue outside, where a large deck with a hot tub awaits. The manicured yard includes a fire pit for cozy evenings, while a short path leads to the Sandy River, ideal for fishing or enjoying the peaceful sights and sounds of nature. Bunk House Fun: Gather in the separate bunk house, complete with a huge couch, streaming TV, and a brand-new shuffleboard game—perfect for group entertainment! Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets with a $100 fee per pet (maximum of $300 for up to 3 pets). Please note pets must not be left unattended at the house, even if crated. Failure to follow pet rules may result in booking cancellation with no refund. No Surveillance: For your privacy, this property has no electronic video surveillance. A car is recommended for getting around and exploring the area. The property has ample parking for guests. Due to the secluded location, rideshare services may be limited, so plan accordingly. In winter, check road conditions, as mountain travel may require traction devices. When looking for the property you will see a sign post with many addresses one of which is ours. Turn down the gravel road which has many speed bumps and a MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT OF 5 MPH STRICTLY SUPERVISED BY SOME WELL MEANING NEIGHBORS... and as you come to the fork in the road at the end turn left and go all the way to the very end and you will find our place. The river was not quite as close as I expected and we had to climb down a few rocks to get to the water, but it was definitely doable. It was very pleasant to sit at the river's edge - made for some nice photos. Could use screens on some of the windows (kitchen, side door, downstairs bedroom). Would have been nice to have cushions on the outdoor seating area (as pictured). I don't know if the separate building (sleeping area) was included. The house is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The large kitchen is supplied with good quality cookware and lots of basics like oil and seasonings. Wifi was consistent and strong. We missed having reading lamps next to the beds and sofa. Although we stayed there during a hot spell and the house wasn't air conditioned, the fans kept us cool. The deck was great for morning coffee as well as dinners outside. The short walk to the river requires a bit of careful stepping over the rocks, but it's a great spot by the rushing water to watch birds. ##### Nancy P. The house is recently updated and had everything we needed and more. The separate "bunkhouse" was a bonus. Spent a lot of time along the river and in the hot tub. There was a county-wide fire ban this summer, so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but we thoroughly enjoyed everything else the property had to offer.
