This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Superior Point condo rental has been beautifully updated with your vacation in mind and boasts scenic mountain views of Snowbird and the Little Cottonwood Canyon. With a long list of enticing amenities, you are sure to find everything you need for your next ski vacation to Utah's top ski resorts. Superior Point #2F features two TVs with a DVD Player, WiFi, and a foosball table for indoor entertainment, a six station boot heater, and an attached 1 car garage – a rarity in Alta and Snowbird and always welcoming in winter! At the end of a day playing on the slopes, a private indoor hot tub awaits for a soothing soak. The living area is open plan with a warm winter fireplace, flat screen TV and plenty of space to relax with friends and family. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, modern kitchen essentials, and a dining area for all your guests to share meals together. Superior Point 2F accommodates a maximum of 8 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms each with a private, newly renovated bathroom. All beds are furnished with high thread count linens for a night of comfort after skiing and snowboarding Alta-Snowbird. Superior Point #2F Accommodation: 3 Bedrooms – 3 Bathrooms Bedroom #1 - King Bed (or two twins) Bedroom #2 - Three Twins (two can convert to king) Bedroom #3 - Two Sets of Twin Bunkbeds Living Room - Queen Sofa-bed Maximum Occupancy: 8 Ski Area Information WINTER: Short walk to Ski in Ski Out to Snowbird (conditions permitting). Alta is a short shuttle away. SUMMER: Easy access to hiking and biking. No hot tub available during the summer. ALTA SHUTTLE: Alta Resort Shuttle runs mid-December to early April. Call our office for specific dates. PARKING: Attached 1-car garage. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site. NEARBY PROPERTIES: The View Condominiums or Village at Sugarplum #6 and Palace de Pow. How do I get from the Superior Point Condominiums to Alta and Snowbird? Superior Point Condominiums are located just above the Wasatch Powderbird Heliport right along the Bypass Road, above the Cliff Lodge and Snowbird Center. The Bypass Road starts at Snowbird Entry Four and follows the curve of the mountain on up to Alta. Although technically located in the Town of Alta, these condominiums are physically closer to Snowbird. As Superior Point are the closest condominiums to Snowbird, skiing down to start your ski day is quick and easy. To get to Snowbird, you would walk up a short driveway, cross the Bypass Road, step into your skis and ski down to Snowbird. This trail follows the road and joins up with the bottom of the “Whodunnit” run. From there it is a short distance to Peruvian Express, The Snowbird Center and Tram or you can make your way over to the Wilbere Lift or the Gad Valley (Gadzoom and Midgad Lifts). Many day skiers park at the area near the heli-port and use this as their access to Snowbird. At the end of the day, there are multiple ways to get home from Snowbird. To ski back to Superior Point, you can take either the Peruvian Express or Tram and then follow the signs for the "Fun Run" or Chips – this is marked with blue trail markers. Follow this down to “Whodunnit” – this will initially be a cat track. You can either stay higher up and ski down past The View and the Village at Sugarplum through the trees back to Superior Point or you can ski on a lower path that puts you close to the driveway that you started from. To get to Alta from Superior Point, you can jump on the Alta Resort Shuttle which makes a continuous loop of the Bypass Road during daytime hours. It will typically take just a few minutes to get up to the Collins or Sunnyside base areas at Alta. After skiing, you can utilize this same shuttle to bring you back to the property. You can ski back to Superior Point from Alta if you are an advanced off-piste skier. The Alta Resort Shuttle operates mid-December to early-April. Special Notes: As with any of the runs at Alta and Snowbird, access is based on the current conditions. Plenty of beds to accommodate our group of six. Everything was updated/modern and felt very clean and home-y. Boot dryers for ski boots, washer and dryer in the basement, hot tub, and a garage were all also very nice to have in a ski condo. Not really walking distance to either ski resort, but plenty close with a rental car where it's just a minute or two down the road. Mar 24, 2016 #### Very nice home Clean, quality beds and furniture, great staff. Let us keep luggage in garage past check out for more skiing. Hot tub on first floor is shared but nobody was in the paired unit to use it. Problem is there is no locking door between the shared hot tub and our living area. I am a trusting person but this is odd. The advertiesed grill was not there. The fun fusball table was in loft you had to climb a ladder to get to. This was small hassle but should be in description of place. Some constructive advice- internet speed is super slow. It is only good for e-mail or text. I was unable to do higher level work, stream music and no way to watch movies. I would not be able to stay here again with this speed issue even though the home was very nice. The cooking utensils and pans are very poor quality. loose handles on spatulas and pans. Pans loosing much of teflon coating.
