We loved that it was a short drive to Cedar Point. Parking was okay on the street, as everyone parks there, and the small garage provided a place just big enough for my car. However getting out of the garage was very tight as the neighbor parked his truck well over the sidewalk and easement blocking the normal way to exit from the garage. The house was clean, cute, and spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to cook meals, which was a nice touch.However, there were a few downsides. The internet password wasn’t posted anywhere, and the host didn’t respond until the next day. Communication through the VRBO app worked better than the contact info provided in the email. Also, there were no TVs in the bedrooms—not a big deal for my husband and me, but our older kids (18-19) weren’t thrilled. The house only had one designated parking spot, so the rest of us had to park on the street.One major issue was the temperature at night. The heat automatically dropped to 60 degrees, which made for a freezing night until we manually turned it back up. More towels would have been nice, but for a short two-night stay, it wasn’t a huge problem.Despite the minor inconveniences, the home itself was charming and made for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our trip, especially driving to Port Clinton and taking in the beautiful views of the lake. With a few small improvements, this rental could be even better! ##### Aimee M. The house was great and had plenty of room for my wife and I and two of our adult children and their spouses. Everything was clean and in great working order.
