You’ll treasure your time here at The Curran Street Cove. Nestled away on the water, you can enjoy days of soaking in Lake Erie's sounds and gorgeous views. This prime spot is also located just down the street from Sandusky's historical downtown. There are bars, breweries, a distillery, kayak rentals, and so much more all within walking distance. So, kick back and relax, and truly embrace that lakeside living. This property is a boathouse built on steel beams over the water. The livable space is up above a boat-well on the second story of the property. This would be the area that you will be renting! The location of the home is awesome - less than 5 minutes drive to downtown Sandusky and less than 10 minutes drive to the entrance of Cedar Point. The neighbors were all so lovely and let us know to contact them if we needed anything. We ran into a small hiccup, that was communicated to Erin and she worked diligently with us to remedy the situation. She even went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected and we were comfortable. THAT was huge to us and left us smiling. If the opportunity arises, we will be back forsure! ##### Briaunna M.
