Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door. \*\* Guests will have complete private use of the condo during their stay\*\* You will have an amazing experience in this modern waterfront condo. The main level of the condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo, The main level of the condo has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dining and living area, and an office work space. In the two-level condo there is a spiral staircase that takes you to the loft area. The second bedroom is located in the loft area of the condo and it is a shared space. There are 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom in the loft area. There is an NBA Jams video game and board games to enjoy. There are 3 TV's with streaming device located throughout the condo in the living room, master bedroom, and in the loft area. \*\* The second bedroom is in the loft area and it is a shared space. It is not a private bedroom. \*\*\*Important items to read prior to booking. \*\* \*\* Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking. \*\* Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device. \*\* The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting. \*\*Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise. \*\*There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card. \*\*No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony. \*\* Local guests must contact host before booking. \*\* The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. The condo was very clean and equipped with nice decor. We also loved how secluded and quiet it was. This place was an Unforgettable Lake Erie Escape, and it was Perfect for our Whole Family!Our stay at this incredible condo was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at ease. The house beautifully accommodated all seven of us, ranging in age from 56 down to 7, with plenty of space to relax, connect, and have fun.The views of Lake Erie were absolutely breathtaking. We could even see Cedar Point across the water from the balcony, and the sunsets were out of this world. Each evening felt like a painting come to life. The location was ideal, with an easy and scenic walk to downtown for dining, shopping, and exploring.The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were delighted to find coffee and creamer waiting for us, a thoughtful touch that made our mornings even more enjoyable. Our family had a blast playing the board games provided, and the hot tub quickly became a favorite spot for relaxing after a day of adventure. One of the most helpful surprises was the wagon we could use, which made our trip to Cedar Point smooth and stress-free.This home offered everything we needed and more, combining charm, comfort, and hospitality in a way that made it feel like a true home away from home.
