Something that would be easily taken care of to make the stay that much more comfortable. The grounds are incredibly clean and visually pleasing. Fantastic sunset views and a great view of Cedar Point's best coaster. Only a 10 minute walk to park or short shuttle ride. It’s more private, great porch on lake and so quiet at night. (Coaster fans will enjoy the sound of Steel Vengeance) There is a grill, a parking space at your cottage and did I mention a porch on the lake. Plus early entry to park. I reserved the Deluxe Cabin at the cedar point lighthouse. I was nervous from some of the reviews but my stay was exceptional. Staff friendly and accommodating. No stove or utensils as stated in another review but you just have to bring your own paper ware including plates, cups utensils etc… there’s a microwave, fridge and sink. Beautiful pretty and walking/shuttle ride to water/amusement park. I loved the property. Pool and hot tub available. They provide pool towels so… beds hard but I did get extra pillows. RV space available right there and nice. Little convenience shop had a lot to offer. Including bags of ice. I was happy. Two full sized bathrooms right there and tubs look good enough to take a bath if you wanted. Heating/coloring on point. Showers are low but nice. pressure good and hot water if needed. I mean property RIGHT THERE on property of Cedar point and the water park. Can let the kids take shuttle to park and come back on their own if responsible enough. I’d love to come back. They were very short on blankets, luckily we had some in the car. We went to the pool the day we checked out and it was gross, tons of dead bugs like no one ever cleans it. More dead bugs in the bathrooms there and we had checked out already.
