Three bedrooms. One with a King size bed can accommodate two people and a convertible in OSU room; another with a Queen size bed with a twin size trundle accommodating three people in Browns room, another bedroom with a twin bunk, pull out Full size bed and a twin trundle, sleeps 4\. Living Room has a convertible bed as well. The unit is on the 2nd floor, 12 short steps from the parking lot. Join us in celebrating a major milestone: over 1500 nights hosted! Our home features two 50" TVs in the living room and kid’s room, and each other bedroom has a 24" TV. Our building is where the Sandusky biggest residential mural located! Once access is granted, you will be provided a system generated code for the duration of your stay. We use all hypoallergenic products throughout the entire unit. Equipped with external cameras to enable self check in and check out. Cameras will be recording 24/7\. The apartment on the 2nd floor, 12 steps from the parking garage. It is one of the eight units and it is in the city zone so while you enjoy the convenience of downtown life and walking distance from shops and restaurants, do expect sounds from the neighborhood and neighbors. Each floor has 2 units so there are spaces you will be sharing a wall with next door. 100% cleaning fee goes to the cleaners and we pay a living wage to our staff. We have 24/7 on site staff for anything you need. Bonus an Level 2 EV charging station included in the parking lot reachable in two guest spots. This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly) Video Surveillance: The Property has outdoor security cameras. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, and injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Being in Northeastern part of Ohio and right next to the lake, in rare occasions, the weather can be unpredictable. While we cannot share access to basement due to safety and insurance reason. Safety protocol for a solid brick building like ours is to stay between doorways or in the bathroom. This spot offered a place to rest and refresh that was close to the amusement park. Though, the apartments have been remodeled, they had a lot of integrity and beauty that comes with older architecture and that was quite enjoyable as well. The check in process was simple and property manager communicated every detail needed to ensure a pleasant stay. Location was perfect and we walked everywhere in town. Not only basic supplies like coffee fixings, but ninja blender, instapot, and just so many extras. Most rentals try to cut corners but this place has everything you could possibly think of. The location is great - close to Cedar Point, walkable to downtown Sandusky, and the lake. Would absolutely stay here again. ##### Caroline J. We were in town for a cheer competition, and it was a perfect location to the Convention Center. We loved the uniqueness of the rooms and decor and the included "extras" were perfect to wind down each night. We made sure to make use of darts, air hockey, fooseball, the old school gaming unit, and even the Trivia Box. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your establishment. ##### Melissa V. We were two families with 3 kids, The house was perfect and was as described. We loved our stay, kids had a lot of options to keep themselves occupied. Our exrended family went to the animal safari in Port Clinton. It was about 20 mins away. The place is extremely clean, stocked with everything you need and close to the water, restaurants and shops. The coffee for the keurig was good. :) Games for kids to play and plenty off televisions, if you wanted that. The door handles for bathrooms and bedrooms were a bit quirky and parking was a bit challenging because of bike week, but our hosts did as much as they could to secure the visitor spots. We would have liked more than one space for parking since we had 11 people and two vehicles, but that was the only negative. We would stay here again. ##### Trish W. We stayed at this apartment for an October weekend to attend Cedar Point's Halloweekends. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much! The park was an easy, short 10 minutes away. Located right downtown, we were within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The downtown also has a nice park on the water for watching sunrises, sunsets or fishermen :). Parking is right out front for one car with easy alternative parking for additional cars. The apartment itself was a good size with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. They had many pillow types for a variety of options for you as well. The main living area had comfortable seating and fun options for fun while spending time inside (darts, ping pong, foosball, and an arcade game loaded with a full list of games). The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need. They are also very generous and stock coffee pods and coffee packs if you want a full pot. The cleanliness was great. Linens were well washed, and floors and surfaces were very clean. I felt as comfortable with the cleanliness as I do in my own home. If I am to list a negative, the walls/windows are very thin and you can hear the road noise and building noise from other tenants. For us, it was very easy to get used to and did not impact our stay. They are pet friendly and we saw other pets in the building, but there was no evidence that pets have soiled the appt. Overall - would highly recommend to others! ##### Julie G.
