The owner was friendly and helpful with instructions and there is a binder in the house with a lot of great information. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. We had 3 people, so having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was amazing. The only neutral comment I have is the location. It's very hard to find (the owner warned us about GPS so we tried two different ones and still ended up having to ask someone at a different house). The road is gravel and the surrounding area/houses look run down. But this particular house was great and we did not feel unconfortable or unsafe at all.
