You can park a car on the property. The residence is located facing the sea, and offers access to a small cove 20 meters from the apartment. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of the open kitchen and the living room dining room. This entire space opens onto the terrace. For the sleeping area, a staircase leads to the duplex bedroom. A real independent bedroom, spacious and closed. It is composed of a 160x200 bed. For amenities, you have a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. The entire rental has been recently renovated. Regarding the exteriors, you have a terrace equipped with a table and 4 chairs as well as several deckchairs. This allows you to enjoy your meals in the sun on the terrace. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. The apartment has an internet box with Wi-Fi. You'll find a pétanque court and an outdoor shower in the condominium, convenient for returning from the beach or for those who get hot during a game. A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, yet close to the port, beaches, shops, and activities. The rental is ideally located 20m from a small cove and harbor, 300m from the sandy beaches, 1200m from the shops, and 2400m from the town. You can park your vehicle in the secure, free, and ample parking lot and leave it alone during your vacation. This is the ideal rental for a family, couples, couples with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to explore the region without having to touch their vehicles during their vacation. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach, and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Sanary pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of 5€ per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It is not cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents. Come and enjoy the beauties of our region through our apartments and houses: the beaches and protected and developed natural spaces, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose "Notre Dame" beach was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as boat tours of the Cassis creeks, hikes in the Verdon Gorges or on the coastal path, particularly Cap Sicié. You can discover Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, and discover the wines of Bandol. The Bandol estates are mostly in the commune of La Cadière, and you can enjoy the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for making olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr. For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing etc.), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden. If you're looking for small board games, we recommend Atanière, a store offering a wide variety of board games for all ages. Wonderful views from this wonderful appartment with a wonderful terrace (sun from about 10 am until sunset!). It is close to the beach and about a 40 min walk to Sanary-sur-mer. The appartment and its kitchen are very,very well equiped. There is a fish restaurant on the other side of the street. A pitty you don't deal with the owner but with an agency that did not reply our e-mails, demands many signatures, a € 500 deposit, a rental contract of several pages, that wants you to get the keys from their office in Bandol and wants you to find out everything yourself at the appartment but that does come to the appartment in the end to check if it is in a good state. Probably typical French bureaucracy.
