Located on the ground floor and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it consists of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a large terrace. WiFi, sheets and towels are included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area. \- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine... \- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). \- Bedroom 2: two single beds and a TV. \- A bathroom with shower and bathtub. \- Separate toilet. By booking this flat, you can enjoy the following facilities during your stay: \- A private jacuzzi available all year round, which can accommodate 4 travellers. \- A private terrace, accessible from the living rooms and bedrooms, of about 70 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in the seaside resort of Sanary-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, for a typically Provencal getaway. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Nearby: \- Portissol beach located at 100 m. \- UCPA Sanary-sur-Mer (water sports) at 400 m (6 minutes on foot). \- Port of Sanary at 900 m (13 minutes on foot). \- Frédéric Dumas Maritime Museum at 850 m (11 minutes on foot). \- Bandol at 5.2 km (10 minutes by car), Cassis and La Ciotat at about 30 km (31 minutes by car), Marseille at 57 km (50 minutes by car). \- Large market every Wednesday morning under the plane trees of the allée d'Estienne d'Orves and along the port, on the quai Charles de Gaulle. It was elected the most beautiful market in France! \- Artisanal night market, during the summer season, every evening along the port of Sanary. Activities : \- The island of Embiez and the island of Bendor, two islands bought by Mr Paul Ricard, and located near the bay of Portissol. \- Hiking tours to the Gros Cerveau, a panoramic view of the coastline. \- Sea trips to the creeks of Cassis, the creeks of Marseille and the island of Porquerolles. \- Water activities: scuba diving (school and exploration), sailing school... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the residence secured by a gate with badge or also park in the garage of the flat, which can accommodate 1 medium-sized vehicle. Nous avons adoré le SPA avec le vue imprenable sur la mer. Dans l'appartement rien ne manque, climatisé, super propre. Un super accueil de notre hôte Julie qui répond rapidement à nos questions..
