Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and has :  
\- a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 child's bed ;  
\- a fully-equipped kitchen  
\- bathroom with shower;  
\- a lovely furnished balcony ;  
\- and a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.  
  
The following facilities are at your disposal: parking, Moulinex coffee machine with filter, oven, microwave, television, washing machine, refrigerator...  
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.  
  
One of the apartment's assets is its location:  
\- 15 minutes' walk from the city center;  
\- close to restaurants and shops;  
\- in a lively town all year round, and even more so in summer.  
  
For your everyday needs, you'll find :  
\- a "Casino" supermarket just a 7-minute walk away;  
\- the fresh produce market every morning on the esplanade next to the port, which is also where you'll find the Tourist Office, a 15-minute walk away.  
\- the big market every Wednesday, and during July and August, there's also a night market in the center.

\- Frédéric-Dumas Museum, 17 minutes on foot;   
\- Port de Sanary, 18 minutes on foot;  
\- Plage de Bonnegrâce, 5 minutes by car;

Sanary-sur-Mer is a town in the south of France. Situated on the shores of the Mediterranean, the town offers a rejuvenating landscape of sea and greenery. You can also stroll along the quays of the port and discover the small traditional fishing boats, the "pointus". Its charming pedestrian streets will lead you to numerous fashion boutiques, craft stalls and art galleries.
