### Exclusive villa with beach access.
Villa with terrace overlooking the sea of St. Vitus
The apartment has independent access and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is on the first floor of the villa and enjoys the garden that opens directly onto the white beach of S. Vito lo Capo. It has two bedrooms, one double and one with two separate beds, a bathroom renovated in 2016 and a sofa bed for two people is also available in the entrance area. The living room - kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a large terrace that allows the view of the whole of S. Beach Vito. The terrace is equipped with outdoor table and chairs with umbrella and two sun beds.

Great home for family of 4. If you have children this is perfect for you. Short walk to restaurants and directly on the beach. Also loved that there is an outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off before entering the house! The house was very clean. Stunning views from the balcony !

Even though you only have the 1st floor it is spacious and private. Superb views. Decor on the rural side but good kitchen with all you could need. Friendly owners!

#### Quartier in ausgezeichneter Lage
Wir haben das Quartier im Dezember/Jänner 2022/2023 für zehnt Tage bewohnt. Es liegt direkt am Meer und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den wunderschönen Strand und das Cap mit dem Leuchtturm. Aber, laut Online-Inserat haben wir uns eine Villa erwartet, es war jedoch nur ein Appartement im ersten Stock. Wir mussten also die Villa mit einer weiteren Gruppe teilen. Es wäre nett, wenn im Inserat darauf hingewiesen wird. Ein weiterer Punkt betrifft die Fenster, die sich im Winter nicht vollständig schließen lassen und daher ein Nächtigen ohne Heizung nur mit Schlafsack möglich machen. Zum Glück hat das Quartier aber Klimaanlagen und Radiatoren, die zur Beheizung des Appartements genutzt werden können. Alles in allem war aber sonst alles voll in Ordnung.und der Vermieter hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

#### Traumferien- eigendtlich unbezahlbar- beste Lage in San Vito lo Capo!
Traumferien- übertreffende Gastfreundschaft-eine sehr super saubere Wohnung und eine unbezahlbare Lage. Wir hatten zu fünft eine herriche Woche in San Vito lo Capo. Trotz Hochsaison haben uns die Touristen (merheitlich Italiener)überhaupt nicht gestört- die Stimmung war positiv und entspannt! Die Infrastruktur für eine Familie einfach unbezahlbar! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und werden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

#### Ottima posizione, proprietario cortese e disponibile, sistemazione consigliatissima.
Il soggiorno ha corrisposto pienamente alle aspettative, la sistemazione è perfetta per chi viaggia con bambini. L’appartamento é stato descritto precisamente nell’annuncio e nei contatti successivi con il cortesissimo proprietario. Meravigliosa terrazza sul mare, al resto pensa la bellezza dei luoghi. #### Hervorragender Gastgeber, schöne Lage
Wir (2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) haben bereits Mitte März eine Woche in San Vito verbracht. Die Temperaturen waren relativ kühl und die Unterkunft ist eher weniger für diese Jahreszeit ausgelegt. Unser Gastgeber Francesco ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen und hat uns eine Elektroheizung zur Verfügung gestellt und die Checkout Zeit sehr grosszügig verlängert, um uns den Aufenthalt trotzdem angenehm zu gestalten. Die Wohnung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Lage ist aber hervorragend und die Terasse zum Strand ein absolutes Highlight. Bei etwas sommerlicheren Temperaturen können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
