Casa Riccio is a cozy apartment located in San Vito Lo Capo in western Sicily, one of the most famous and unspoiled holiday resort of the island that boasts one of the most beautiful seas of the Mediterranean, with a wide beach that each year becomes a favorite destination for thousands of tourists.
San Vito Lo Capo, located about 40 km from Trapani, is a small fishing village, not founded before the sixteenth century. It’s very quiet during winter but very crowded and lively from May until October.

Casa Riccio is part of a property consisting of two independent apartments that share just the driveway but have separate entrance.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and it has its own private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture.
The apartment features an open space with a well-equipped kitchen and living room, two bedrooms (one with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower) the other with twin beds and a second bathroom with shower.

Casa Riccio comes complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, external shower and parking space.

This property enjoys a strategic position, just a few steps from the beach and a few hundred meters from the center of San Vito lo Capo, which makes it ideal for a sunny holiday in one of the most beautiful seaside resorts of Sicily.

It is also a great starting point for visiting the main towns and attractions in the north-west of Sicily such as the Zingaro nature reserve, Scopello, Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi Islands and the temple of Segesta.

Neighborhood and surroundings
The province of Trapani extends in the westernmost part of Sicily.
It is a land full of charm with its marvelous coasts, alternating steep cliffs with long beaches, archaeological remains, small villages where the most authentic traditions are still alive, make it one of the most popular and attractive tourist destinations in Sicily.
The province of Trapani contains an extraordinary natural heritage starting from the well-known Egadi Islands and the splendid volcanic island of Pantelleria, real oases to discover and experience.
There are numerous protected areas such as the Zingaro Nature Reserve, or the Saline Nature Reserve where there are landscapes of particular charm, consisting of the white salt pans among which ancient windmills emerge.
On the coast of Trapani, one of the most beautiful in Italy, we find places of important naturalistic interest such as the Gulf of Castellamare, with a coastline full of rocks and stacks alternating with beautiful beaches, Scopello, known for its stacks, the crystal clear sea and the fantastic backdrops, San Vito Lo Capo, with its white beach and crystal clear waters.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; flexible arrival day (except from 25/07/26 to 22/08/26, only on Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 200 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 140 kwh (over 140 kwh an extra charge of € 0,40 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly reset of the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms, welcome basket: breakfast items.
Tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 10 nights, period 01/04-30/11, to pay cash on arrival.
