Located just 250 meters from the beautiful beach, you can enjoy the serenity of a quiet residential area, but with all the services at your fingertips.  
  
The apartment on the raised ground floor, bright and welcoming, has an outdoor veranda ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, sipping a drink or reading a book. Inside, you will find a spacious living room that overlooks the fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious dishes. The double bedroom is the perfect refuge for a restful sleep, while the bedroom with bunk beds is ideal for children or friends looking for a comfortable corner.  
  
The bathroom with shower is modern and functional, for a quick and refreshing return from days at the beach. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the corridor, which effectively cools all the rooms, ensuring you stay cool even on the hottest days.  
  
A few steps away, you will find a square with games for children, a perfect place for families and to spend moments of leisure. Furthermore, the location is strategic: typical restaurants, bars and all the necessary services are easily reachable on foot.
