Villa Il Pellicano is a luxurious and recently built 5-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The estate features typical Tuscan windows, pastel walls, stone terracotta floors, and a private fenced park covering an area of 1,000 m2\. The property boasts a large saltwater swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 160 cm), available from 15.Apr. to 07.Oct., along with amenities such as a beautiful garden, outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, internet wifi, table tennis, washing machine, and parking for 2 cars, making it an ideal vacation rental in San Vincenzo, Italy.  
  
Outdoors  
The highlight of the property is the large saltwater swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 160 cm), which offers privacy and is available from 15.Apr. to 07.Oct. The estate also features a beautiful garden where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery, an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

Additionally, it has a fully equipped kitchen with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, an electric coffee machine, an exit to the patio, and 2 showers/bidet/WC. The upper floor features a living room with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height of 175 cm, a TV, one double bedroom with a ceiling height of 175 cm and air conditioning, one room with a ceiling height of 175 cm and 2 beds, another room with 2 beds and a ceiling height of 175 cm, and 2 showers/bidet/WC. The floors are made of wood and natural stone.
