Via della Principessa 54 is located in a truly strategic position. The sea is about 150 meters away, in the Bayahibe area, we have 1 private parking space for each apartment and in front of the house we have the cycle path that allows us to reach both the center of the town and the sea of Baratti. All in a flat position, so you can reach everything comfortably on foot as well as by bicycle. In addition to the private parking space we also have the possibility of parking bicycles in special racks.
In via della Principessa n.54, a stone's throw from the beach, a very comfortable studio apartment perfectly arranged to accommodate up to 3 people, with private parking space.
Strategic apartment for a couple looking for support and absolute proximity to the sea.
EQUIPMENT: induction hob, oven, small fridge with freezer, TV, fan.
BEDS: There are 3 beds consisting of a French bed and a foldable camp bed.
