Everything was spectacular. This is the kindest staff I have ever encountered at a 1 Hotel with the best service (and I’ve stayed at every U.S. property. They truly cared about my fiancée and I having a wonderful celebration for our recent engagement and we will be returning for every anniversary. Bravo to the management team!!

My room was at street level with virtually no sound-proofing. There was a lengthy, animated debate seemingly outside my window, which kept me up from 3am-4am. Upstairs neighbors enjoyed moving furniture in the middle of the night, as well. Bathroom had no soap, no cups, no tissues, nothing extra. I’d also neglected to pack toothpaste. Hotel had none for guests, but sent me to their Grab’n’Go market, which also had none. Kinda feels like staying at a Motel 6 at 3x the price.
