This vacation rental boasts a sunny position in a residential area surrounded by villas, a mere 150 m from the inviting sea. With a private, well-maintained garden adorned with lush lawns, an above-ground swimming pool (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.), and ample parking at the house, it offers a perfect retreat for your holiday escape.

This property offers an idyllic outdoor experience. Bask in the sun and enjoy alfresco dining in the beautifully landscaped garden, complete with a refreshing outdoor shower and a table tennis setup for added entertainment. The verdant lawn creates a serene ambiance, inviting you to relax and soak in the Mediterranean atmosphere.

Unit Layout  
The 6-room house spans across two levels, with a total area of 190 square meters. You will find a spacious living and dining room that features comfortable and cozy furnishings, along with amenities like satellite TV, a flat-screen television, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This area also provides an exit leading to the garden. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet. Another double bedroom on this floor includes a shower and toilet. Additionally, you will find a kitchenette equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer. There is also a separate toilet on this level. Moving upstairs, the upper floor features a large double bedroom with a bath, shower, bidet, toilet, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This bedroom also offers an exit to the veranda. Two more double bedrooms are located on this level, one with air conditioning and forced-air heating, while the other lacks a wardrobe.
