The Protected Marine Area of Tavolara and Punta Coda Cavallo, the Caribbean beaches of La Cinta, Lu Impostu and Cala Brandichi. The apartments, with wooden ceilings and terracotta floors, give a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a separate entrance, a large living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. From the living room, open onto the terrace with a view, a splendid view of the sea. A second small shaded cool patio completes the property every hour. Attention: there are three steps to access the property and therefore the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Furthermore, the double room has an entrance from the patio and is separated from the rest of the house, so small children that parents want close to their room can sleep in the living room. A few steps away you arrive at the splendid Cinta beach, with areas organized with sunbeds and umbrellas and free areas. In Puntaldia there are many services including a swimming pool for guests, tennis courts, the Golf Club, hairdresser, beauty salon, restaurant and cafe, a supermarket, a pharmacy and many shops. Puntaldia also has a well-served port, for those who wish to bring a boat. Wer nicht kochen möchte, kann sich im extrem noblen Feriendorf Puntaldia verköstigen lassen, dort gibt es auch noch alles mögliche an Aktivitäten, und hat der Stand aber gereicht. Last but not least, Cristina, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Baulärm, falsche Angaben, kein Internet Aussagen von Cristina von vor der Buchung stimmen nicht! Insgesamt 16 teils unebene Natursteinstufen ohne Handlauf zur Wohnung statt 4-5 wie mitgeteilt,obwohl wg. 79jähriger Dame EXTRA vorher danach gefragt!! Wir waren 17 Tage dort und bis auf SA+SO alle Tage sehr lauter Baulärm+Staub (Bohrhammer,Stemmarbeiten,Kreissäge,Flex) von ca. 8.00, teilweise noch früher,bis ca 16.30 Uhr. Aussage von Cristina am 1\. Tag, dass würde nur 3 Tage dauern, war schlichweg falsch.Es gab auch keinerlei Entgegenkommen von Cristina.Internetnutzung nur in der 1\. Woche möglich,ständig Ausreden,die offensichtlich nicht stimmten!WIR FÜHLEN UNS RICHTIG VERARSCHT! Vorher wurden 7 GB pro Woche zugesagt, auf der Vodafone Internetseite waren für den Anschluß aber nur 200 MB freigeschaltet. Das konnten wir anfangs noch sehen,nach unseren Beschwerden bei Cristina hatten wir keine Einsicht mehr und sie behauptete, wir hätten 7 GB in 2 Tagen verbraucht und müssten bis zur nächsten Woche warten. Das Internet hat SELBSTVERSTÄNDLICH bis Urlaubsende NICHT FUNKTIONIERT. 2\. Schlafzimmer liegt ausserhalb der Wohnung zum Durchgangsweg, sehr dunkel, ca 7,5 m² mit 2 schmalen Betten, dazwischen ca 60 cm Platz + ca 2,5 m² Duschbad. Muss immer abgeschlossen werden! (Wannen-)Badezimmer der Wohnung ab 1,70 Größe nur zum Duschen im Knien oder Sitzen geeignet, da sehr kurzer Duschschlauch und kein Duschvorhang. Steckdose für Heizwasserboiler auf Stirnseite der Wanne!! Unsere Frage nach Sonnenliegen wurde im Vorfeld mit dem vorhandensein von sehr bequemen "Sonnenstühlen" beantwortet, die sich als normale Klappstühle mit niedrigen Lehnen, die sich 2-3 cm verstellen lassen, entpuppten.Die Polster hatten schwarze Stockflecken. Für 3 Erwachsene hatten wir 1 normales und ein großes Bettuch zum Zudecken bekommen sowie 3 Duschtücher und 3 Handtücher.Weder in der Küche noch in den Badezimmern gab es ein zusätzliches Händetuch.Erst nach 4 Tagen Diskussion haben wir dann jeder ein eigenes Betttuch und zusätzliche 3 Handtücher bekommen.Die durchgehende Matratze im Doppelbett ist in der Mitte durchgelegen, man merkt jede Bewegung. Die Aussicht ist schön, aber die Fotos sind sehr geschickt gemacht. Séjour de 10 nuits en mai 2019 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Kathrin R. 23 oct. 2018 #### Kleines Ferienhaus in guter und ruhiger Lage Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse im schönen Puntaldia und bietet eine Terasse mit schöner Aussicht auf San Teodoro und La Cinta. Der Strand liegt fussläufig 10 min vom Haus entfernt, nach San Teodoro sind es 10 min mit dem Auto. Das Häuschen besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einer Küche und einem Bad. Mit separatem Eingang ein Kinderzimmer und ein weiteres Duschbad. Möblierung ist zweckmäßig. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Der Garten idyllisch. Der drahtlose DSL - Anschluss ging trotz mehrfacher Rücksprache mit der Eigentümerin nicht. Der Netzwerkname wurde nicht einmal angezeigt. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Anmietung war der Backofen kaputt und wir hatten leider Pech, dass es vorher durchgeregnete hatte im Schlafzimmer und uns das nicht vorher mitgeteilt wurde. So regnete es während unserer Anwesenheit leider nochmal massiv durch. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war freundlich und konstruktiv, wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht, 4 bezahlt und 3 erstattet bekommen. Das Angebot, doch ins rückwärtige Kinderzimmer mit separatem Eingang zu ziehen, wollten wir nicht annehmen. Letztlich haben wir ein Haus mit Meerblick gebucht und kein rückwärtiges Zimmer mit Bad. Grundsätzlich hätten wir uns gewünscht, vor Anreise informiert zu werden, dass das Dach einen Schaden hat mit der Option, uns gleich etwas anderes suchen zu können. Auch wenn ein neues Durchregnen nicht absehbar war, roch man den Wasserschaden leider bereits bei Ankunft stark. Das Haus ist aus unserer Sicht gut geeignet für 4 Personen - Kinder müssen dann mit separatem Eingang schlafen - und eher für die Hauptsaison. Die Anlage selbst ist schön. ##### Kathrin R. Ci ha accolto la Sig.ra Rosalba, molto gentile, la quale ci ha fornito spiegazioni sulla villetta e sul villaggio. La villetta rispecchia la descrizione fatta dal proprietario, riportata sul sito. Casa pulita, ben equipaggiata, aria condizionata in camera da letto e in sala. Una bella veranda coperta all'esterno, che permette di rilassarsi anche in caso di pioggia. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi, solo 5 minuti di cammino. Purtroppo in agosto un po' affollata, ma essendo lunga e spaziosa, ci ha permesso di godere delle belle giornate di sole. Un particolare ringraziamento alla Sig.ra Cristina, la proprietaria, che è davvero molto molto gentile. Disponibile a fornire qualsiasi informazione, senza mai stancarsi, e sempre con gentilezza. Al momento della prenotazione ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni sui luoghi di attrazione della zona,ristoranti, negozi, possibilità di effettuare sport, etcc.. La casa è ben arredata, fornita di qualsiasi necessità con una vista incantevole sul mare, la spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e quindi ideale per chi ama la comodità oltre che la tranquillità! Un immenso grazie alla sig.ra Cristina per la sua gentilezza e la sua enorme disponibilità! Abbiamo già voglia di tornarci!
