South of Olbia and 20 minutes drive from the port and airport of Olbia. Car: necessary The village of L'Alzoni is located 2.5 Km. from San Teodoro in the immediate hinterland of San Teodoro and La Cinta beach. The house is surrounded by the peace and tranquility of the Sardinian countryside just a few minutes drive from San Teodoro. It‘s a place of rest and tranquility and is strategically located near the main communication routes that will take you to visit the extraordinary beauty of the beaches and the interior of Sardinia. It is a portion of the sheepfold of a shepherd renovated with all the comfort you need, located in a village near San Teodoro inhabited all year round and that will allow you to live in contact with the locals. The holiday house is a delightful studio consisting of:  front garden with outdoor shower;  living room with kitchenette, washing machine, television and air conditioning;  double bedroom;  mezzanine with a bed;  a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning (with surcharge). Comfortable for up to 3 people. Included in the price: electricity, gas and water expenses; bed linen and towels for bathroom; free parking. Arrivals and departures every day; self check in and out; owner nearby for every need. Nearest beach: at 2.5 Km. the Cinta beach, a strip of 6 kilometers of white and fine sand: the water is spectacular, transparent and crystalline, with an incredible color; suitable for children, where you can practice kite surfing, windsurfing, horse riding, with wonderful walks on horseback at sunrise or sunset. Beaches nearby: from the house you can visit all the 12 beaches in the territory of San Teodoro: Capo Coda Cavallo (8 Km. far with its amazing panorama); Cala Suaraccia or Le Farfalle, (7 Km. far where you can find Aquarius Diving Club); Cala Brandinchi (5 Km.far also called Tahiti, like Polinesia); Lu Impostu (4 Km.far); Puntaldia (and its Golf Club on the sea). They have very fine and very white sand. Caribbean. With shallow water up far away, suitable for children. From 15 of June until 15 of September is to be booked the access to beaches Brandinchi and Lu Impostu by an App of Municipality of San Teodoro. The house is an excellent starting point for the most beautiful excursions: go to the North to visit the Maddalena archipelago and the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo); to the South towards the inimitable beaches of the Gulf of Orosei; inwards to see the wonderful nature of Gallura region (Tempio Pausania). Also to be visited are the numerous archaeological sites in Sardinia such as the nuragic village of Barumini, recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site, or, closer, the Arzachena area, rich in Giants' tombs and nuraghe. Es ist klein,aber fein, perfekt für Paare und auch mit einem Kind. Die Kommunikation war mehr als herrausragend und herzlich. Die Mama vom Vermieter kümmert sich liebevoll um alles und wohnt in der Nähe. Und ein späterer Check Out wurde uns vom Vermieter angeboten, weil die Wohnung erst am Tag danach wieder belegt war. Dafür nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Lorenzo.
