The vacation rental comes with parking facilities, allowing you to easily explore the surrounding area by car.

The accommodation is a 4-room apartment located in San Francisco, spanning an area of 100 square meters on the first floor. It features a practical and comfortable furnishing style, with a living/dining room area that includes an open-hearth fireplace (purely decorative) and a dining table accompanied by a TV. Additionally, there is access to a terrace from this living area. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms and one room with two beds. There is also a kitchenette equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and a freezer, along with an exit leading to the terrace.

The apartment is equipped with a shower, bidet, and toilet. It offers gas heating, air-conditioning, and forced-air heating (available at an extra cost). Outdoor spaces include a 12-square-meter balcony, an 18-square-meter terrace, and a garden area. Terrace furniture and balcony furniture are provided for your convenience. Additionally, the apartment is furnished with a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. A reserved, fenced parking space for two cars is located within 50 meters of the apartment.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. The apartment features a private entrance, smoke alarm, and fire extinguisher for your safety. However, it is essential to be aware that there is no elevator access to this first-floor vacation rental.
