Despite the additional heating payment for every day, neither the pool or hot tub was up to temp for our arrival. Plan on that only between 3pm and 7pm, they shut it down every night and it was never ready in the morning. No matter what reasoning the property manager throws out, that’s how it worked. She didn’t actually answer our specific questions but had plenty of explanation. The usual basics that were non-existent: Kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, sanitizer, dish washer pods, condiments, spices, oils, and similar. Propane for fire pits and grill: we got one meal off the grill and replaced 2 of 3 empty tanks. Hopefully the place wasn’t stripped again after we left! Plenty of space for our crew of 8 and plenty of pool toys to enjoy once things heated up. Nice neighborhood walks and quiet, far from the Phoenix busyness. ##### Dan R.
