It includes parking, three bathrooms, AC and a washer/drier which were all ideal for our time there. However it was not clean, we found hair and crumbs and dust. There is an air mattress but it does not stay inflated. The host was somewhat responsive and remedied issues like lack of towels and issues with wifi connections after they arose.
