Offered us a room that would sleep for but it did not and we had to request a cot for our daughter at 10pm. During our stay of 5 nights they had LOUD PARTIES in the courtyard until 1 am for 4 of those nights. We lost power for about 4 hours one morning, and there had to shut off the water from 1-4pm the day of our vent when we had 22 people in 8 different rooms who needed to shower and get ready. The only compensation we received was free breakfast twice and $50 off of the first and second night of our stay. Bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans so it makes the rooms hot and explains the mold and rust in the showers. Breakfast menu was OK food was bland and limited options. French toast was burned, pancakes were thin and dry. Pupusas were burned by being left on griddle until someone eats them. Cook was friendly and accommodating. Manager Ofelia was kind and understanding but I don’t think she did her best in showing us they really wanted to do right on the hotels part for all the issues we encountered during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked that the hotel was able to coordinate getting pick up/drop off at the airport.
