About this space  
This unique place has its own style.  
  
Relax in this quiet and elegant space.  
  
The apartment, modern and very elegant, has two bedrooms , kitchen with living room, washer and dryer and balcony with a fantastic view of the pool.  
  
It is located within a modern and new residential of 92 units with private security 24/7, gardens and green areas very well maintained, beautiful pool and jacuzzi.  
The space  
Beautiful and modern apartment on the second floor with elevator.  
  
Fantastic view of the pool.  
Other things to note  
Active reception from 7am to 11pm and 24/7 security.  
  
Pool and Jacuzzi in the common area available from 8 am to 8 pm.  
  
All of our guests have two great benefits:

Saona Island, Catalina Island, buggies and many more;  
  
2- Amazing 30% off for all-inclusive Day-Pass at Dominicus's most well-known Resort: Viva Whyndam Resort - Beach.  
  
From 9 am to 2 pm you can enjoy the beach, swimming pools, entertainment, water and non-water sports and night shows and nightclubs.  
In addition to this all meals and drinks with and without alcohol will be unlimited and included.  
  
If interested, please contact the host in advance to best organize your experience.  
  
It is possible, upon reservation at reception, to use the common BBQ at the disposal of the residential.  
For your use, the administration will only ask for 2 things:  
\- a contribution for the use of BBQ and gas consumption of 200RD$ (US$4);  
\- leave the BBQ clean as received after use.
