We are waiting for you. Do you have teenagers? This unit would be perfect for them with a separate living area upstairs with a large TV. The entry for this unit is from the second level. It is a beachfront, 2 bedroom/2 bath 1540 square foot condo, with twin beds in a separate living area upstairs (a loft that was floored over by owners). It is a split-level unit taking up the second and third levels. The first level is the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath. The next level consists of the second bedroom, bath, and its own living area with a sleeper sofa, chairs, and TV. The twin beds in this second living area are behind a curtain that can be closed off for privacy. Each level has a veranda overlooking the pool, beach, and Caribbean. This unit can accommodate up to 8 guests. Sunset Beach Resort is a 13 unit 3 building complex and 200 feet of beachfront - you heard me - 200 feet of beachfront for only 13 units. You will not feel overcrowded here. Sunset Beach is located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a quiet residential community. Town is an easy stroll on a bicycle or a quick golf cart ride. We have even walked to town on the beach numerous times. The downstairs bedroom was noisy from the air conditioning system tucked in the closet. Every time it came on it woke us up. Fortunately we were only two couples so two of us moved upstairs to the twin beds for the duration. The other issue was towels. Last year we had access to essentially unlimited towels. This year they were rationed. It was not fun to hit the shower and face a chronically wet towel every night. Everything else was paradise. If location is everything, this location probably cannot be topped. Having spent two consecutive vacations here, it is time to explore other possibilities; but I worry that I may lose ground in the feature department in the process.
