Very quiet, but be prepared to be far North. My only complaint is the water pressure as there is none. It's advertised to have a washer and dryer; however, there is not one on site. Housekeeper does your laundry. I'm particular about mine, so washed most of mine in baby shampoo and hung dry. There apparently is no woolite on the caye.
