The surface below the water is a bit rough (not sand), so some people may have difficulty walking into the sea. There was live music for a few hours two evenings during our stay. The view is stunning. Close to the water taxis and many great places around to eat as well. I highly suggest to ask how the Sargassum is before staying here as the smell was unbareable in the mornings when they are cleaning it from the ocean. Friendly staff and beautiful water views made the stay. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and the mattress on our king was very comfortable. The restaurant and bar had great food and drinks and exceptionally awesome staff. It was great to have a little deck with chairs just outside your room. They made booking excursions simple by having a liaison at the hotel every day.
