The property is dated and we had an issue with a leaky kitchen sink, poor water pressure in the bathroom, a very soft mattress, a screen patio door that needed constant realigning, and a foul odor during our stay. The location of the condo is better suited for a short stay of a few days. ##### John B. We had friends in A1 and their condo was not great. The property managers were responsive at first, but once we were there they did not respond well. We had to ask to have the pool cleaned, and there were a few days where we had a strong sewer smell. They did not reply to our texts. One thing missing at this property is an outdoor grill. It located about 30 minutes north of the the Water Taxi port. When we arrived at the unit it was very clean, view of the ocean, and the pool was right off our patio. We also really enjoyed the fact that it was on the first floor. Big benefit when carrying luggage. This unit is located close to the intersection to go to Secret Beach. We ate at a different olace everynight. After the forst drive it turned out that it was not all that far from the downtown area where you meet your guides/tours. The only thing that I could come up with as an opportunity to fix is the master bedroom AC unit does not get to a comfortable temp. We are.from Arizona where AC is a way of life.
