I liked the location, just outside the chaos of San Pedro, and close (even walking distance) to many places to eat and a couple of grocery stores. The house itself is in pretty good order, there are a few small (minor) fix it items. It is a house after all. The house was clean. Great view of the lagoon. The back bedroom/bathroom didn’t cool as nicely as the rest of the house. The front door could be replaced for safety and it would not be hard to break in, very weak.
