All of the stay were very helpful and bilingual. The location of the hotel we excellent, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the center of town, very convenient. Pool area is small, but not overcrowded. Breakfast was good and very good coffee. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Sebastian on the front desk who went above a beyond to help us! Perfect for resting and drinking some tasty pisco sours. But the infrastructure is a bit dated, so it doesn’t feel very luxurious and can be a bit uncomfortable. They upgraded our room and offered VIP amenities automatically. Excellent breakfast and great food at Casa Paniri, their in-house restaurant. Absolutely loved their complimentary coffee and tea station for guests. Beautiful rooms and even the crib for the baby was really nice.
