Accueil satisfaisant. Chambre un peu petite mais confortable. Par contre, je conseille d'éviter les chambres à proximité de la réception car très bruyantes. Buffet petit déjeuner copieux. Très bien situé à San Pedro.

Free tea and coffee available all day in reception - good if waiting for transport. Poor - first morning no hot water, so no shower as they ad not checked the level in their gas tanks. Breakfast service poor - food put out early, allowed to go completely cold and not replenished, so limited choice of food if having breakfast later. Staff did not clear tables. Room cleaning - stained towels provided, glasses not replaced over 4 day stay Shower - floods the room Surroundings look like a dump due to work on closed and empty swimming pool, other rubbish on site, not properly maintained Would not recommend

Nice hotel. No AC so during the day we were sweating inside the room. Very walkable with everything you need nearby. The breakfast was what we needed, the staff is excellent except for the manager who is constantly getting mad the employees which is uncomfortable to watch because the employees are all so sweet and welcoming.

The location was excellent, close to everything but not in the middle of the tourist noises. Breakfast buffet was great. They have coca leaf tea which is what we need for the high altitude. The room was quiet, but very hot. We're couldn't keep the windows open because there are no screens and the insects come in. We managed to get a small, very small fan from the hotel, but it was too small (4") to do any good. The pool was very nice.

Estadia muito boa, mas o calor no quarto é grande
O conforto do hotel é muito bom. O único problema é a falta de ar condicionado ou ventilação, pois os dias são quentes no Atacama. Caso a instalação de ar condicionado seja inviável, o hotel poderia oferecer ventiladores de teto para amenizar o calor.

O custo benefício nao foi favorável a mim. Vi outros hotéis com condições melhores. O meu quarto era muito antiquado, com carpete e fazia muito calor durante o dia. A agua é salobra, o q diminui demais a qualidade do banho.

Gostamos muito do hotel, café da manhã bom e com váriedades de pães e frutas. Ficamos no quarto família, o banheiro precisa urgente de reforma e agora no calor, precisava de um ventilador para ajudar. Do mais, indico o hotel.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado y con un lindo estilo de arquitectura, no cuenta con sistema de ventilación considerando el calor de la zona, importante considerar que el horario de aseo es hasta las 16 hrs, por lo que llegar de un tour pasado medio día y encontrar la habitación tal como quedo en horario am fue una situación vivida, el personal en general amable.

It’s the first hotel in San Pedro (according to one of my guides. The room was ok, got in a bit early. Asked two staff for a four am wake up call. It did not happen. Good thing I had a back up.

Experiência acima do esperado! Só tive problemas com o Bar. Cobram $2.500 CLP por taça em vinho não comprado lá e ao abrir o vinho enfiaram a rolha dentro da garrafa nos fazendo beber rolha. Fora esse pequeno problema, atendimento impecável.

Overpriced. Tiny rooms. Paper thin walls. Avoid.
This place isn’t worth more than USD70 a night but charges at least double that. Tiny, tired rooms and bathrooms. Tub took forever to drain after a shower. Lots of noise (e.g. people talking in the corridors or using the TV/shower in other rooms) which is easily heard at night. Staff unhelpful and officious. Wifi only available in the lobby. No complimentary bottled water offered at all, despite the notice that the tap water isn’t potable. No fans or aircon in the room despite the desert environment. No towels provided at the pool. TV picture grainy and unclear. Best avoided. Positives: Nice pool. Acceptable, if basic, breakfast. Good location.

Bom.. sem grande expectativa.
O quarto parece ser um pouco antigo, cama meio mole, travesseiro desinformes, porém por pouco tempo e o corpo cansado da pro gasto. Café da manhã bom, sem grandes sabores, apenas o básico. Não utilizei do espaço da piscina. E o atendimento dos funcionários são bons, todos simpáticos. E o local excelente.

Very clean hotel with a decent breakfast buffet and walking distance to the Main Street. Daily room clean up and spotless facilities. A beautiful Pool although it was too cold for us to use it in this season.

Snug in San Pedro.
We had a large well decorated bedroom with a large very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a quiet area so we had a good nights sleep. The shower was hot and powerful. Buffet Breakfast was excellent with a great range of cakes, savoury items and fruit. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

The good: extremely friendly and helpful staff, ample parking area which is very hard to find in the center of San Pedro, very good and well stocked breakfast buffet; wi-fi i pretty reliable which is not always the case in town. The bad: rooms are quite small unless you get a "premium" one (there are also options like private cabins); rooms are no frills, quite basic; heating must be supplemented with electric portable heaters and even then, the room can get a bit chilly at night. Overall a good experience and reasonable value for the price.

Muy buena opción.
El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, el desayuno es bueno, la atención muy amable. Las piezas tienen un tamaño adecuado y la limpieza diaria era buena. Tienen una estufa para calentar la pieza que es un poco ruidosa pero cumple su función. El hotel es algo antiguo pero la verdad no se necesita más para San Pedro. Si sales antes de las 7 am a tours, avisando el día anterior, te dejan una bolsita con un pan con queso y salame, una barrita, una fruta y un jugo. Lo único malo es que las paredes son delgadas y la aislación de la pieza hacia afuera no es buena, se escucha todo cuando la gente pasa por el pasillo o cuando llegan autos.
