Property Summary  
The Fattoria di Scaletta is a large agricultural estate surrounded by meadows and fields, offering a relaxing vacation rental experience in the Italian countryside. It features a beautiful courtyard, trees, and meadows, along with a large swimming pool and various outdoor amenities such as an outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, pergola, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The property is private and fenced, covering 3,000 m2, and offers Internet Wifi and parking on the premises.  
  
Outdoors  
The estate boasts a serene outdoor setting, complete with a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 140 cm) available for seasonal use from May 15th to October 15th. Guests can enjoy the beautifully landscaped courtyard, trees, and meadows, as well as indulge in outdoor activities like table tennis, relaxing on the patio or pergola, and using the garden furniture and barbecue facilities.  
  
Other Information  
The property is suitable for families and includes baby equipment. It can accommodate groups of up to 20 adults, but groups of teenagers are only allowed on request. Please note that the owner uses some rooms in the house, and local farm products are available for purchase. Another property (ref. it5311.607.2) is located on the same premises.

Conveniently located just 3 km from the center of San Miniato and 4 km from the center of Fucecchio, this holiday rental offers easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. The San Miniato F. railway station is just 500 m away, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas, including Vinci (17 km), Pisa (47 km), Lucca (50 km), and San Gimignano (50 km). The villa boasts a spacious main living area with an open-hearth fireplace and a satellite TV, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is also a double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC on the main floor. The dining room is equally spacious, featuring a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, 8 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. The main floor also offers access to a veranda and a patio.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is equipped with a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. It provides a washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and logs (available for an extra fee). Additionally, the villa offers free WiFi internet access and reserved parking at the house. Outdoor amenities include a barbecue and a private patio, allowing you to enjoy alfresco dining and relaxation.

Fattoria di Scaletta has been recently renovated, featuring practical yet rustic furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable vacation experience. The upper floor of the villa includes a large double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, two additional double bedrooms, and six rooms, each with two beds. There is also a bath, bidet, WC, and three additional showers, bidet, WC, ensuring ample bathroom facilities for all guests. The floors are made of natural stone, adding to the rustic charm of the villa. Deck chairs and a box-room are also available for your convenience. Please note that Fattoria di Scaletta is a non-smoking property, but you are welcome to bring two small pets or dogs with you. The villa has a private entrance, ensuring your privacy during your stay. Gas heating is available at an extra cost.
