It is equipped with 3 olympic swimming pools, tennis courts, bar, children playground, and with bungalows with garden and fireplace. Comfortable and spacious apartment for up to 6 guests with air conditioning distributed on two floors. On the ground floor you'll find a living room with a double sofa bed and a functional open plan kitchen. On the first floor you'll rest in a double room with private bathroom with window and shower (shower curtain), in a bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom with window and shower. Plus, a cozy balcony and wonderful amenities such as numbered uncovered parking place and fenced garden (hedge and fence) with gate and fireplace to have memorable outdoor dinners. The property is located in wonderful a residence, just 1km from the beach, equipped with 3 olympic swimming pools, tennis courts, bar and children playground.
