The 3-room apartment has an area of 50 square meters and features practical furnishings. It includes a living/sleeping room with a sofabed, a pull-out bed, a dining table, and satellite TV. Additionally, there is one double bedroom and one room with a set of bunk beds that can accommodate two individuals.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette that has four gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a shower area, a bidet, and a toilet. Air-conditioning and forced-air heating are available for your comfort. The apartment has a balcony with furniture, a safe, a children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (extra charge). Reserved parking (roofed, for one car) is included, and one pet or dog is allowed.  
  
Other Information  
During your vacation stay, you will need to arrange for the final cleaning of the kitchenette. The apartment can accommodate a maximum capacity of six individuals, with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
