Attractive apartment complex, just 100 meters from the beach in a central location in Bibione. From the sun terrace you have a wonderful view over the entire town and the shimmering blue sea. Enjoy pleasant hours in the beautifully designed pool area, which is located on the roof of the complex - here the sun is almost within reach. The following applies to the complex: - 240 residential units - Elevator - WiFi only in the pool area (for a fee) - Washing machine (for a fee) - Garage, subject to availability - Parking Activities: - Communal outdoor pool 336 sqm (open from mid-May to the end of September, pool is closed at lunchtime, depending on the weather), sun terrace, loungers - Children's pool For children: play area Extras included: Beach services (1 deck chair, 1 lounger, 1 parasol), approx. from the beginning of May to the end of September 1x per stay participation in a spaghetti party (from approx. the end of May to mid-September, weather dependent) Invitation to a wine tasting with typical snacks (only in high season) 10% discount in various restaurants and shops. 20% green fee discount (Monday-Friday) at the 18-hole Lignano Golf Club Activities nearby: On the 8 to 10 km long and wide sandy beach, a wide-ranging entertainment program is offered free of charge for 3 hours in the morning and also in the afternoon. This appeals to children, teens and adults. There is also the option of doing all kinds of water sports (for a fee). For example, you can rent a pedal boat, surfboard or sailboat. You can even go paragliding. There are also fields for beach volleyball, soccer, tennis and bocce on the wide beach. If you want to send holiday greetings on the beach, just use the free WiFi. Bike rental for children and adults at a price of € 25.00 per week/bike subject to availability (deposit € 50.00). Child seats and helmets are also available subject to availability.  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pool is closed at around lunchtime. Opening depending on weather conditions.
