The beautiful town of Bastia is located just 2km away and 'Flenu' beach can be found a mere 200m away. Many local shops within walking distance, which include: a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, post office, tobacconist, restaurants, as well as a bus stop a few metres away, are a big plus. Recently refurbished accommodation located on the 2nd floor of a residence with an exceptional sea view. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee capsule machine, kettle, toaster. Lounge area. Magnificent bathroom with double sink and Italian shower. Bedroom with reversible air conditioning/heating system, 160x200cm bed for 2 people. The second bed is a 140x190cm convertible sofa for 2 people with a real mattress. Amenities available include: high-speed WiFi (fiber optic), HD Smart TV with Netflix, washing machine, drying rack, bed and bath linen for 4 people. Parking spaces available. It is important to specify that the accommodation is only accessible by stairs: an entrance on the sea side (front of building) accessible by ascending a staircase or an entrance on the mountain side (rear of building) accessible by descending a staircase. The apartment is located in San Martino di Lota, in the village of Pietranera more precisely, at the entrance of the Cap Corse. The port of Bastia is 2km away. A supermarket is located next to the port. Perfectly geographically located to discover the city of Bastia, which seduces with its beauty, history and atmosphere, the Cap Corse, a perfect blend of all the wonderful things that make Corsica unique and Saint-Florent, located in one of the most beautiful gulfs of the Mediterranean, a village known for its marina and the paradisaical beaches of the 'Le désert des Agriates' (Saleccia beach and Lotu beach). The village of Patrimonio, located 15 km from Bastia, is particularly renowned and appreciated for its wines.
